How do I order prescription medicines online?
Add the medicine to your cart and upload a clear photo or PDF of your prescription at checkout (or use Upload prescription in the header). A pharmacist checks the prescription before the order is dispatched. Prescription-only medicines are never sent without a valid prescription.
Are the medicines genuine?
We source medicines from manufacturers and authorised distributors and store them according to the storage instructions on the pack. Every order shows the brand, manufacturer and pack size before you buy.
Can I search by formula (generic name)?
Yes. Search for the generic name, such as paracetamol or amlodipine, or open a formula page to compare all available brands and prices of the same medicine.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 1,000. Smaller orders have a delivery fee of Rs. 150, shown in your cart before you pay.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. You pay when your order arrives.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety, medicines that have left our control cannot be resold, so opened or temperature-sensitive items can only be returned if they arrived damaged, expired or incorrect. See our returns policy for details.
